The 86142A Error 20002 has been detected in the motor that controls the resolution bandwidth slit wheel.

Ship your equipment to our PhotonCom Lab for a possible motor repair or a motor replacement and a full evaluation of the condition of the OSA. After repair, your optical spectrum analyzer will be returned back to you fully calibrated with the appropriate calibration data.
